OCM Automates MYOB Client Disbursement

OCM launched their ‘cost recovery connector’ which will seamlessly interface the OCM Client Billing Software automatically into MYOB, allowing central management of all client disbursements; work matter and bill-back options.
OCM introduces simplified cost management efficiencies with the ability to bill back all scan, print, photocopy and fax workflows by a specific client, division or cost centre. The user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI) ensures all jobs are automatically prompted for the operator to key in a specific cost centre / client code. All document workflow is intuitively billed back to the selected billing option.
Once captured the billing data is automatically imported into MYOB which includes date/time, workflow type, amount of pages, individual document costs while more importantly one total output cost.
