Print Analysis of Locally Attached Printers

As a part of the OCM Print Analysis, OCM can search, identify and capture the print volumes generated on locally attached printers (Parallel and USB connected), which allows you to automatically generate detailed analysis reports on print volumes generated by a complete fleet of locally attached printers, the print analysis reports can include the following print related information:

 

  • PC Machine Name printer is connected to
  • Device manufacturer and Model
  • Account id of who submitted the print job
  • Print Volume generated
  • Total number of pages
  • Total cost
